  2. Accepting the owner's commission: After receiving the owner's commission form, carefully check the commission form, mainly checking whether the basic information is complete; confirm the pick-up time, delivery method, and insurance amount.

  3. Booking: Prepare the commission form; fax the commission form to the agent to confirm receipt. If there are special requirements, ask again and obtain the warehouse number and warehouse diagram.

  4. Warehousing: If the customer delivers it to the airport themselves, the warehouse receipt usually needs to be given to the customer in advance, informing the warehouse number and address, and notifying the carrier with the goods.

  5. Customs declaration: Understand the materials required for customs declaration of frequently exported goods; fill in the corresponding packing list and invoice, and check all necessary customs declaration requirements according to the customs' supervisory conditions; follow up on customs clearance to ensure aircraft loading.

  6. Confirmation and modification of the delivery note: Confirm the content of the delivery note with the customer, and the product name must be consistent with the customs clearance information of the overseas agent.

  7. Signing: After the customs declaration is released, the carrier will fax the master and house bills of lading. Prepare the bill of lading according to the information on the master and house bills of lading, and fax it to the customer.

  8. Settlement of expenses: After entering the expenses incurred in the accounts receivable and payable details, print the faxed expense list on the freight confirmation form interface, confirm the return of goods, and invoice settlement.
