　　3. After completing the export declaration, the goods enter the park, and import declaration begins (no unloading is required). After completing the import declaration, the vehicle can leave the park;

　　4. Goods from the bonded logistics park can be directly delivered to the receiving factory;

　　5. If you send the customs declaration documents to the customs broker one day in advance, the goods will be delivered to the Qingxi Bonded Logistics Park the next morning, and all procedures can be completed on the same day.

　　Notes on import and export customs declaration for one-day customs clearance:

　　1. The number of import and export customs declarations for one-day customs clearance must be the same; one export customs declaration corresponds to one import customs declaration. One export cannot correspond to multiple imports, nor can multiple exports correspond to one import;

　　2. The number of import and export customs declarations for one-day customs clearance must be the same. Each item on the export customs declaration must correspond to an item on the import customs declaration. One item on the export customs declaration cannot correspond to multiple imports, nor can multiple exports correspond to one item on the import customs declaration. The number of commodity items on the import and export customs declarations must correspond sequentially, i.e., the first item on the import customs declaration corresponds to the first item on the export customs declaration. One item cannot correspond to multiple items, nor can one item correspond to the second item;

　　3. The number of pieces, gross weight, net weight, commodity code, received quantity, and declared quantity on the import and export customs declarations must be consistent. The price cannot be inverted (the import price must be higher than or equal to the export price);

　　4. Declare the export customs declaration first, and add the corresponding export customs declaration number to the relevant import customs declaration;

　　5. Tax vehicles can apply and verify the release in advance, but they must wait for the tax verification to be completed before notifying the vehicle to enter the logistics center;

　　6. Fill in 4469W for the bonded supervision location;

　　7. Vehicles entering and leaving the logistics center do not need to swipe their cards (using a vehicle identification system; the IC card is a backup; vehicles with unidentifiable license plates need to swipe their cards);

　　8. Pay attention to (the flow of goods) when recording the list.
